EP37: Bari Tessler: Money And Our Relationship With It

I cannot wait for you to listen to today’s episode! This conversation is all about our relationship with money. My guest is Bari Tessler. She is an expert who truly understands the impact that money has on our life.

Bari has spent 18 years guiding thousands of people toward a happier, refreshing and more empowered relationship with money. She is also a somatic psychotherapist and it was when she was working as a therapist and had to teach herself bookkeeping that she realized there was a big gap in education and understanding around money.

We talk about Bari’s personal experiences with loss and how she got started as a financial therapist. Bari walks us through the 3 phases of developing a relationship to money and talks specifically about how to approach that relationship during times of big transition and loss.

“In any transition, it’s really helpful to give yourself time and to acknowledge that things are different. Please also remember that it isn’t forever.” (Click to tweet!)
