EP29: Elizabeth DiAlto: How To Find Your Way Back To Yourself

I’m so happy to introduce a dear friend of mine to you this week, Elizabeth DiAlto. She is truly one of a kind. As I tell her during this conversation, when I’m with her I feel like all is well with my life and the world. I’m certain you’re going to feel the same!

This episode is full of high energy, big ideas, and distinctions that I hope will leave you feeling more clarity and comfort. Elizabeth is the creator of Wild Soul Movement, host of the Truth Telling Podcast, an author, teacher and so much more.

In this conversation, we discuss sensual movement, the importance of embodiment, grieving, knowing ourselves and even dating. One reason I asked her to join me is that so many of us after a loss disconnect from our body. Elizabeth reminds us that at the beginning that might have been necessary for survival, but over time it’s important to find your way back to yourself and the way back is through embodiment.
